Information CoreHabit uses
CoreHabit uses motion-sensor data while a workout is active to estimate the phone’s position and count complete sit-ups. This data is processed on the device and is not retained after live tracking.
Workout date, sit-up count, duration, and goal are stored on the device to show history, personal bests, streaks, weekly totals, and progress.
Apple Health
If you grant permission, CoreHabit reads heart-rate measurements supplied during an active workout to display live beats per minute. CoreHabit can also write a Core Training workout, active energy, and app-specific workout details such as sit-up count and goal to Apple Health.
Heart-rate data is used on the device for the live workout display. It is not stored in CoreHabit’s local history or sent to the developer. Health access is optional, and declining it does not prevent local workout tracking.
Data collection and sharing
CoreHabit does not:
- Create user accounts
- Send workout or motion data to the developer
- Use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs
- Track users across apps or websites
- Sell or share personal information
- Store data on external servers
Data deletion
Deleting CoreHabit removes its locally stored history from the device. Workouts previously saved to Apple Health can be viewed or deleted in Apple’s Health app.
Children’s privacy
CoreHabit does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if CoreHabit’s features or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
